Great to meet you!

I genuinely enjoy the clients I get to work with in my practice. I have been able to use my history of working in therapeutic, educational, and drug rehabilitation settings to assist my clients in navigating struggles they are having day to day. I feel that I am most effective in treating anxiety and depression, but I have been successful in treating other mental health concerns as well.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. My practice has a foundation in CBT, but I also appreciate the ability to integrate other therapeutic practices to best assist my clients.

The therapeutic relationship is the most important piece of the puzzle. Building trust (between the client and therapist) is imperative in making progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients should expect to take away a different perspective on the challenges they experience. Through time and trust they should expect to reframe problem areas and see a decrease in their severity. Reflection outside of the session is also imperative to achieving treatment goals.
