Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist practicing across New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, working with adults and older adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and questions of identity - including gender identity and LGBTQIA+ experiences. I have a particular depth of experience supporting transgender clients and others working through the intersection of who they are and how the world receives them. My practice is also informed by years of work with men who don't always find it easy to walk into a therapist's office - and I take that seriously. I see clients exclusively via Telehealth, which means you get consistent, private access to care wherever you are.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in psychodynamic and relational therapy. That means we spend less time on worksheets and more time understanding the deeper patterns - how your past is showing up in your present, how you relate to yourself and the people around you, and what's been getting in the way. I draw on Jungian and humanistic frameworks as well, because I think good therapy honors the full complexity of a person. Our sessions will feel more like a real conversation than a clinical exercise.

What you can expect from me

Come as you are - no preparation required. The first session is about getting oriented together: I'll want to understand what's brought you here, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping life could look like on the other side of this. I'll also share a bit about how I work so you can get a feel for whether it's the right fit. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. That's what the work is for.
