Great to meet you!

I work with teens 15 years and up to older adults. First and foremost, I create a safe environment for you to explore the more painful parts of your life and inner worlds. I believe the emotional roof you grow up under you take throughout life. If we learn how it is affecting us in the present, we can create tremendous change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and relationship issues. Whether this is your first time trying counseling or you are frustrated with finding the right help, I think I will offer something new for you.

My approach to therapy

My focus is to create a safe, non-shaming environment and provide you with information that is practical and that you can apply. I love to learn, and I truly believe my journey in learning never stops.

What you can expect from me

My focus is to assist clients in getting clarity as to what the core issues they want to work on are, the time that they can devote to goals, and assist with verbalizing what the goal could be. In the first session, it is time to get to know each other and to gather as much information as I can that will clarify what you want to work on.
