Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who shows up as a real person in the room—warm, grounded, and honest. I work a lot with people who are anxious, overwhelmed, hard on themselves, or carrying more than they let others see. I’m open-minded and affirming of different backgrounds, identities, and values. You can expect me to listen closely, respect your pace, and also gently challenge you when it can help you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and solution-oriented. I primarily use CBT and DBT, which means we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and build concrete skills to cope with stress, anxiety, and difficult situations. I balance space for your feelings with tools you can actually use between sessions. We’ll focus on what’s most important to you, set clear goals together, and break things into manageable steps so change feels possible—not overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow things down and get a clear picture of what’s bringing you in now and what you’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask some questions about your history, current stressors, and what has or hasn’t helped before, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll start naming a few initial goals together and identify at least one small, realistic next step you can take after session. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and a bit more hopeful about a path forward.
