Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the ups and downs of relationships, and I bring a grounded, straightforward style to that work. My clients often tell me they appreciate that I'll be honest with you, but always from a place of genuine care.

Over the years I've supported people through grief and loss, questions of identity, PTSD, stress that feels unmanageable, and the specific pressures that come with cultural and family expectations. I also work with men's and women's issues and with couples looking to reconnect.

Whatever you're carrying, my goal is to make this a space where you feel understood, not judged.

My approach to therapy

I draw primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), including trauma-focused CBT for those healing from difficult experiences, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build a life aligned with what matters most to you.

For couples, I use Behavioral Couples Therapy to strengthen communication and rebuild trust.

What that looks like in practice is a mix of understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and building concrete tools you can actually use between sessions. I'll meet you where you are and adjust as we go, there's no one-size-fits-all here.

My job is to help you understand yourself more fully and to give you real strategies for feeling and functioning better.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in and what you're hoping to work on, but there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with on day one. Think of it as a conversation rather than an interrogation.
