Great to meet you!

I started my career as an educator over 25 years ago, and I work as a mental health professional and a professional school counselor. I strongly believe self-care, mental health, nutrition, and wellness are instrumental in our quality of life. My qualifications include a master of science in nutrition and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) certification. I advocate for healthy living while using a holistic approach to physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style integrates various therapeutic strategies that adapt to my client's individual and unique needs. I have been described as supportive, caring, compassionate, and empathetic, with a pretty good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles.

What you can expect from our first session
