Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Dayton in 2007. I have 19 years of experience across hospital crisis, private practice and community mental health organizations. I bring a practical and holistic approach to therapy. I serve teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, panic disorders and chronic health conditions.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and to develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. I also use Behavior Management Therapy to support building structure, routines, and practical strategies that create a positive change in daily life. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you leave each session with tools you can use right away.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, direct, and open-minded space where your experiences are heard without judgement. Together, we will focus on understanding your needs, building on your strengths, and creating empowering, realistic steps toward meaningful change.
