As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that our environment can shape how we perceive the world, both positively and negatively. I will work with you to strengthen what is working for you and learn to reshape the negative aspects. I will be your guide and support as you do the important work of creating the life that you dream of.
My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are. We will unpack the layers of what is causing you distress and pain at the pace in which you are comfortable to do so. I will push you when needed, but will be there to support you during your journey.
Together, we will create a treatment plan that aligns with the goals that you have for yourself. We will revisit the plan periodically to ensure that you are making progress.
