Hello! I have 30+ years of experience in mental health and substance use clinics. I include principals of CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused treatment in my work with others. I earned my MSW from Stony Brook University and completed my CASAC at Malloy.
I utilize a person centered, strength-based approach, where you decide your priorities in our collaborative work together. I work with younger and older adults, adolescents and families. My specialties include anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, substance use, women's issues, and life's transitions.
