Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed therapist specializing in helping adult women work through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and self-compassion. I use a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, drawing from CBT to help clients challenge societal pressures, heal from past wounds, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My goal is to support women in building confidence, creating meaningful relationships, and designing lives they truly want. I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where healing and growth can happen.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, increase motivation for change, and build healthier relationships with themselves. I specialize in working with adult women to address depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and issues related to identity and self-worth. I believe in meeting clients where they are and supporting them in building the confidence and clarity needed to live life on their own terms.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life they want. Together, we work on building self-esteem, increasing self-awareness, and developing practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I create a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, set goals, and challenge patterns that no longer serve them. My hope is that each session helps clients feel more confident, capable, and connected to their true selves.
