I love working with adults, especially women and military families, who are dealing with anxiety, depression, or a life that suddenly feels like too much. Together we'll find what works for you, with plenty of honesty, warmth, and maybe even a laugh or two along the way. I offer telehealth sessions throughout Florida, so you can show up in your comfiest clothes with your coffee in hand.

Therapy with me is a team effort, so no lectures or scripts, just real conversation and support that meets you where you are. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and honest, with a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that focuses on what you've been through, not what's "wrong" with you. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and crisis intervention, helping you get steady first and then build practical tools and lasting resilience. I especially love working with women and military families, and I get the unique stress of deployments, moves, and holding it all together at home.

Our first session is all about getting to know you, so come as you are (sweatpants and coffee totally encouraged)! You'll have space to share your story, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd love to see change. Together we'll set a few clear, realistic goals, whether that's feeling calmer, getting through a tough season, or just feeling like yourself again.
