Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health counselor, I specialize in supporting professional women of color dealing with anxiety, imposter syndrome, grief, and life transitions. I value a collaborative, empathetic approach to therapy, focusing on building trust. I've worked in diverse settings, from community mental health to private practice. My interests include advocating for women's issues, personal empowerment, and reducing stigma. Outside of work, I enjoy family, music, shopping, movies, and community.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work with the belief that therapy is a collaborative process. I believe in the importance of developing a strong therapeutic relationship based on genuine acceptance, empathy, and trust.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel validated and understood in a safe, non-judgmental space. They will gain practical coping strategies and develop a deeper self-awareness to manage stress and life transitions effectively. Additionally, clients will be empowered to prioritize self-care, address past trauma, and build confidence and purpose for personal and professional growth.
