I have 20 years experience providing mental / behavioral health services. I specialize helping those most impacted by trauma and addiction recovery, anxiety, ADHD and PTSD. I started helping others while serving in combat in the US Army. My clinical expertise rose practicing in various settings including active military deployments, emergency community response (first responders), residential inpatient, the Veterans Administration, and even corporate and live music industry settings.

I specialize in several evidence based approaches including trauma specific approaches such EMDR and mindful based approaches (MBCT, DBT and ACT), which will shift you from Post Traumatic Stress to PTG Post Traumatic Growth.. Post Traumatic Growth is possible for ANYONE. I can show you. My experience has informed my approaches to be flexible, affirming and practical. I will partner with you to tailor my approach to your individual preferences and growth goals.

Seeking therapy is not about figuring out what is wrong with with you. Therapy is about understanding what has happened to you. That which has happened to you has shaped you, not shamed you. I'll be the therapist who will take the time to offer practical/ proven approaches tailored to cope and understand what has "happened" to help gain empowerment, insight and self-compassion.
