Great to meet you!

Welcome to therapy! My name is Carla Fleischman. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), based in Florida. I commend you for taking this step to be here for yourself! I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University, and have been practicing counseling for a decade now. I enjoy helping teens and young adults, that are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress management, and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic and integrative approach to counseling. I am a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with (500) hours from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. I am Certified as an Integrative and Wellness Life Coach from the Integrative Wellness Academy, that emphasizes a holistic approach to coaching. I have experience implementing these skills with the clients, I work with, and weaving them into my practice.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space for my clients. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and what brings you into therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
