Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to show up as you are. I bring warmth, compassion, and genuine respect for each person’s story, while helping clients work toward greater clarity, healing, and growth. My approach is collaborative and personalized, with care that honors your experiences, values, and the unique path that has shaped who you are.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, ACT, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches based on each client’s needs. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and challenges with self-worth or identity. In our work together, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and past experiences while also building practical tools for coping and change. My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive, and I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward a stronger connection with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. I will ask about your current concerns, history, coping strategies, and goals, while making space for what feels most important to share. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if I feel like the right fit. There is no pressure to share everything at once. Together, we will move at a pace that feels manageable for you.
