Great to meet you!

There is something different about talking to someone who actually understands your world. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with identity and how they see themselves, and I offer sessions in both English and Haitian Creole. I bring particular care to clients from Haitian and Caribbean backgrounds and to women navigating the emotional weight of motherhood, loss, and everything in between. With more than 15 years of experience, I have seen what becomes possible when people feel genuinely seen and free to show up exactly as they are.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative, personalized, and built around your specific goals and history. We focus on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns more clearly, while also building practical tools for coping and real change. For clients working through trauma, grief, or a difficult life transition, we move at a pace that feels manageable, and the work builds toward something you can feel: more clarity, stronger relationships, and a deeper connection with yourself. I honor your story, your values, and the unique path that has shaped who you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an intake form. I want to hear what has brought you here, understand your goals, and make space for what feels most important to share. There is no pressure to cover everything at once. This is also your chance to ask questions and see if I feel like the right fit. I would love to connect.
