Great to meet you!
As a therapist with a strong foundation in relational work, I bring over 15 years of experience helping clients deepen their self-awareness, navigate challenges, and build more intentional lives. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and have worked across a range of settings, including intensive treatment environments. While I specialize in couples and family therapy, I also enjoy working with individuals—especially young adults—who are exploring who they are, what they want, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
In individual therapy, I help clients manage life transitions, career decisions, and the often complicated terrain of relationships—romantic, platonic, or familial. I often work with clients on building self-esteem, processing unresolved trauma, developing healthy coping strategies, and creating a more supportive relationship with their emotions. I strive to be a nonjudgmental sounding board and collaborative guide, helping people uncover patterns and make meaningful, lasting change.
On a personal level, I’m a mom and part of a family system where I, too, navigate the joys and complexities of close relationships. I consider myself a lifelong learner and often turn to books for new insights and perspectives—not just professionally, but to better understand myself and others.
*Please note: I do not accept insurance for couple or family therapy- self pay rates apply.
