I love coming along side clients and helping them grow towards health and their goals they establish in therapy. I am a psychotherapist, licensed in NY & CT. I am specialized in perinatal mental health and love working with adults going through major life transitions - personal, professional and leadership focused. My clients learn practical skills from dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, they are able to heal from loss/grief and trauma.

I am an integrative psychotherapist, and infuse psychotherapy with CBT/DBT, interpersonal therapy, existential therapy, EMDR/ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) for trauma, grief and solution focused therapy.

Clients can gain clarity, awareness, practical coping skills, find solutions, understand what is most important to them and learn how to move towards health and wholeness.
