Great to meet you!

The helping profession requires more than dedication. It requires commitment and passion to see in others the potential for growth. My education and licensure journey as Marriage and Family Therapist so far has provided me with valuable tools to serve others in the most intimate, passionate and truthful way I can be. My goal is to treat others with dignity, compassion and mutual respect by allowing individuals be themselves to re-discover, heal and continue thriving in their most unique ways.

Our individual struggles remind me of the opportunity of being alive and feeling alive in the rawness of our nature. I’ve been honored with servicing population in multiple spectrums (children, youth, adults, and elderly) and in it emerge in the complexity of being human. In my role as a therapist, I have had the pleasure of meeting and serving people across cultures, languages, sexual preferences, identities, social economic status, political views and personal experiences. I am here to continue to expand my view about the uniqueness of everyone.

My approach to therapy

I identified myself as Person-centered therapist; however, I tend to be more directive than non-directive.

I hope my clients increase their understanding of their abilities to be agent of change in building the life they want.
