My ideal clients are adults, teens, children, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to cope with difficult emotions and daily challenges. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to help clients improve communication, build coping skills, increase confidence, and create healthier emotional and relationship patterns.
