Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist who enjoys working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and everyday stress. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have additional certifications in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). My professional background also includes working with young children (ages 0–5) and supporting parents through maternal mental health, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges individuals and families face across different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership where you feel safe, supported, and accepted. My approach is primarily rooted in CBT, helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills to cope with life's challenges. I also believe that every person's experiences are unique, so I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, strengths, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what's bringing you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to achieve, while also giving you space to ask questions and decide whether we're a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together toward meaningful change.
