Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Carle, I am a mental health professional who has been practicing for over 10 years. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, stress management, coping with illness and grief. I am well versed in many therapy models. I will pull from these models to best meet your needs. Our work together will build a sense of clarity. This will allow you to live life in alignment with your true sense of self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to create a judgement free space where self acceptance can be fostered. I value my ability to connect with clients of any background and help with a wide range of mental health issues and life concerns. I am trained in several modalities that focus on connections between, thoughts, feelings, behaviors and the environment we live in.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide concrete ways for you to move through anything that is blocking you from living the life you want to live. I believe that at any time we can all struggle with different thoughts, feelings or situations that are difficult to manage on our own. We all have the capacity to move through these things with grace and dignity. Sometimes we just need a little help.
