Great to meet you!

I started my career at FSU with degrees in Psychology and Criminology, and later earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UCF, focusing on trauma counseling. In my career I have supported domestic violence and sexual assault survivors while working with a DV/SV agency, provided crisis counseling at the Suicide hotline & became the agency's lead "Maternal Mental Health Counselor", and treated adults with complex mental health disorders at residential facilities.

My approach to therapy

Now offering safety & guidance for the parts of you that seem to be getting in the way. With techniques that are research-based and trauma-informed, you can begin to let go of the patterns & belief systems which are not serving you. These neural pathways are often old and hypervigilent, unaware what is possible outside of ‘surviving’. Together, we will navigate your journey towards healing, fostering self-awareness, self-compassion, and empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

Using a blend of mind and body-based therapy (EMDR), psychodynamic therapy (IFS & Attachment theory), and behavior therapy (ACT & CBT), you can learn what it means to become Self-led—where your actions are guided by YOUR values. And I will support you in re-discovering those values and creating healthy relationships with yourself and others.
