Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work degree and have experience providing mental health services in outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, substance use treatment, and correctional settings.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the resilience and capacity for growth that each person possesses.

I am passionate about helping clients gain insight, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Seeking support is an important step, and I am honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and improved well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a collaborative partnership. My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, gaining insight, and building on their strengths.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-focused interventions, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I value balancing compassion with practical tools and honest feedback. My goal is not only to help clients navigate current challenges but also to empower them with skills and confidence they can carry forward in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and what you hope to achieve through the counseling process.

Together, we’ll identify initial goals and begin creating a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for your unique needs. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly at your own pace.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking for greater clarity and personal growth, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward positive change.
