Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience working closely with children and families. My journey has taken me to Kenya, providing grief counseling, further enriching my practice. I am passionate about guiding individuals through transitions, from point A to B, fostering growth and resilience along the way. I bring a client-centered and cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. This approach allows me to build trust and rapport with my clients while empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Establishing trust and connection is step one. I want you to know that I see you and I am also human. Step two is doing the work. We must face hard truths about ourselves, which is not easy to deal with alone.I use a CBT model therapy to help make lasting changes and reframe our brain.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions are an opportunity to explore the innerworkings of ourselves. We are on a journey that will be practical and emotional. We will experience breakthrough and stall out, and that is the beauty of exploring ourselves while receiving the appropriate help.
