Great to meet you!

I've worked in outpatient mental health for years, treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD across a wide range of patients. After a long stretch of high volume clinic work, I decided to build a practice where I set the pace and give people the attention they deserve. I ask a lot of questions because I want to understand the full picture before making any decisions with you. I keep communication direct and honest, so you always know where things stand and what to expect next. My goal is to help you feel supported while building steady, lasting progress.

My approach to therapy

I take a direct and inquisitive approach, asking plenty of questions so I truly understand what you're dealing with before we set a plan. I want you to feel empowered in your own care, with a clear voice in every decision we make together about your treatment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll ask detailed questions about your history and what's bringing you in now. We'll talk openly about your goals and I'll be direct about what I'm seeing. You'll leave with a clear plan and a good sense of how we'll work together going forward.
