Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

My passion has always been caring for others, and my journey in healthcare reflects that commitment. I began my career at the ground level as a unit secretary, where I learned the importance of compassion, teamwork, and patient advocacy. From there, I became a Certified Nursing Assistant before earning my Associate Degree in Nursing in May 2019 and becoming a registered nurse. I continued my education by obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2021 and proudly earned my Master of Science in Nursing in December 2025.

Working my way through each level of nursing has given me a deep appreciation for every member of the healthcare team and a well-rounded perspective on patient care. My experiences have strengthened my belief that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of my professional life, I am happily married and the proud mother of two amazing children, who are truly my greatest joy and my daily inspiration. They remind me every day of the importance of health, balance, empathy, and building meaningful relationships.

My approach to therapy

As a provider, I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in their care. I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, through evidence-based practice, compassionate listening, and collaborative decision-making.

Whether you're seeking preventive care, guidance through a health concern, or ongoing support in managing your wellness, I look forward to partnering with you and helping you achieve your health goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe the best care begins with building a genuine connection. During your first appointment, my priority is getting to know you, not just your symptoms, but your story.

Our initial visit is designed to be a comprehensive conversation where we'll discuss your personal health history, family history, and the concerns that brought you in. I also take time to understand the many aspects of your life that can influence your overall well-being, including your family dynamics, support system, career, financial considerations, hobbies, daily routines, stressors, and any other factors that may be impacting your health.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I value partnering with you to develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, values, and goals.

Together, we'll identify your primary concerns, establish realistic and meaningful goals, and discuss treatment options that you feel confident and comfortable with. My hope is that you leave your first visit feeling supported, empowered, and reassured that you have a provider who is committed to understanding the full picture, not just a diagnosis, but the person behind it.
