Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. I graduated from Rutgers Master of Social Work program in 2021. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I help parents support their children and adapt to the challenges of parenthood, especially when raising neurodivergent children. My work with adolescents and adults focuses on getting to the emotional root of challenges and supports your empowerment and growth.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a client-centered, humanistic approach. Clients can expect to feel understood and supported in their own individual goals. I am here to provide a safe and accepting space to work through trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and more.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on gathering background information that is important to your life story. We will begin building a working relationship and identify what is important to you in your therapeutic journey.
