Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified in neurofeedback. I am passionate about helping individuals experience renewal from the inside out. I believe that when we regulate the brain and calm the nervous system, people can think clearly, respond intentionally, and hear the voice of God without the constant noise of stress and overwhelm.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we don’t just talk about problems — we identify patterns. I help you understand how your brain responds to stress, how your thoughts shape your emotions, and where reactive cycles may be keeping you stuck. Together, we slow things down, increase awareness, and build practical regulation skills so you can pause before reacting and choose responses aligned with truth. Through structured guidance, skill-building, and biblical integration where desired, you’ll learn how to retrain thought patterns, strengthen emotional maturity, and create measurable change in how you think, feel, and live.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you’ll have space to share what’s been weighing on you and what you long to see change. Together, we’ll clarify the patterns contributing to your stress or reactivity and create a simple, structured plan for moving forward. You won’t be expected to have it all figured out — my role is to guide you with clarity and practical tools so you leave with direction, confidence, and a clear next step toward steadiness.
