Great to meet you!

I’m Carline, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth care to adults across Massachusetts. I support people who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, burnout, attention and focus concerns, sleep difficulties, and life transitions. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, you are not alone and you do not have to figure it out on your own.

Clients often tell me they appreciate how easy it feels to talk with me. I bring a calm, grounded presence to each session and focus on truly listening so you feel understood, not rushed or overlooked. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your mental health care and more in control of your next steps.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered around you. I believe the best care happens when you feel informed and involved, so I take time to explain options in clear, simple language and help you weigh what feels right for your life. Whether we are discussing medication, therapy strategies, or lifestyle adjustments, we move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

I focus on practical, evidence based care that fits into your real world routine. I also create a space where you can ask questions freely and speak openly without fear of judgment. You can expect honesty, compassion, and guidance that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation where I get to know you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. We will talk through what has been going on, your history, your current concerns, and what you are hoping will feel different moving forward. I will ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and work with you to begin forming a clear understanding of what you are experiencing.

By the end of the visit, you will have a better sense of what is going on and a plan that feels realistic and personalized. If medication is appropriate, we will talk through options together. I also incorporate supportive therapy into visits when it is helpful, giving you space to process and reflect along the way. Most importantly, you will leave knowing you have a partner in your care who is committed to helping you feel better step by step.
