Great to meet you!

Welcome! If anxiety keeps your mind racing, sadness makes everyday tasks feel heavy, or family expectations leave you torn between your needs and everyone else’s, you deserve a place to feel heard. I work with teens and adults navigating emotional stress, family challenges, and cultural expectations. You don’t need to have everything figured out to take the first step.

My approach to therapy

When worry, low mood, or family conflict keeps repeating, it can be hard to see a way forward. Maybe you're second-guessing yourself, pulling away from people you love, or struggling to feel understood. Drawing on six years of experience, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space and use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns and build practical tools for coping with life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Imagine feeling less weighed down by worry, more confident expressing your needs, and better able to connect with loved ones while staying true to yourself. Change takes time, but small steps can lead to a greater sense of balance and control. We’ll work together toward goals that matter to you. When you're ready, book your first session by selecting a time that works best for you.
