Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you and welcome to my page. I provide a comfortable and relaxed environment where you can finally feel empowered to live the life you deserve. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and older adults, including those navigating depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, BPD, personality disorders, and long-term mental health management. I also work with substance use, addiction, grief, loss, and support individuals healing from eating disorders and body image concerns. In addition to individual work, I support couples and families —helping strengthen communication, emotional regulation, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, humorous, and solution-oriented. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself—whether that means thinking out loud, feeling emotional, or even laughing along the way.

I use a variety of approaches and interventions customized to your goals, pace, and values. Together, we’ll work toward a new way of experiencing yourself, improving coping skills, reducing distress, and building confidence. My intention is for you to leave therapy feeling more grounded, more empowered, and more connected to the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me will feel supportive, relaxed, and human. We’ll explore what brought you here, where you feel stuck, and what you hope will be different. There’s no pressure to have the “perfect” way of explaining things — just show up as you are. My hope is that even after the first conversation, you’ll feel a sense of relief, direction, and the reminder that you don’t have to do this alone.

A little about me: I’m a dad to young kids, and they keep me grounded, curious, and laughing daily. I believe humor is healing, connection matters, and everyone deserves a space where they feel seen and supported.

If you're ready for support that’s compassionate, honest, and collaborative, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
