I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people heal from difficult experiences and improve their mental health. I was drawn to the field of social work due to my deep desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, where I developed the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective therapist.
I work with individuals and specialize in areas including ADHD, anger management, behavioral issues, coping skills, grief, life transitions, men's issues, parenting, relationship issues, stress management, and more. My goal is to provide personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs. I utilize different modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy, and motivational interviewing (MI) to address issues like depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I firmly believe in empowering my clients to make decisions that will positively impact their well-being.
