My approach includes elements of mindfulness practice, CBT and psychodynamic therapy. And my areas of speciality include helping clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, and anxiety. Other areas of focus I am passionate about include working with individuals who have schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.
