My background includes experience in equine-assisted psychotherapy, and I work comfortably with both youth and adults. I am skilled in virtual psychiatry, offering psychotherapy and medication management to meet the diverse needs of patients. I am passionate about helping others find peace, balance, and the ability to pursue fulfilling lives. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, including mountain biking, hiking, and water sports, and I value learning about new cultures and perspectives.
