My name is Carlos Diday and I received my training from Northwestern University. I have worked in the mental health for 8 years and have built a passion for counseling and recovery. I have experience working in addiction recovery, crisis intervention, community support and in-patient settings.

I tend to be solution focused and consider myself Adlerian, where I try to understand bakcgrounds and dynamics to better help with current concerns.
