Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience in mental health and wellness. I am committed to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic interventions for individuals seeking support and personal growth.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in social science from the State University of New York and a master’s in clinical social work from Westfield State University. I am completing a doctoral in organizational and leadership psychology with a concentration in neuroscience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate lifestyle changes, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep hygiene, into the therapeutic process as they are essential for promoting overall well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with individuals facing various life stressors and help them find healthy ways to integrate complex events, transitions, and grief. I start by focusing on relieving symptoms and then work towards building an understanding of emotional and subsequent behavioral responses. I'll move at your pace, but I encourage people to break free from unhelpful thought patterns and perspectives.
