Great to meet you!

I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from Dominican parents, and have also lived in New York City, and in New Jersey for over a decade. I and fluent in both English and Spanish.

My Master’s degree is in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, where I graduated with honors in 2015. I have nearly 11 years of experience working in private practice, providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, from diverse backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

In my approach to psychotherapy, I integrate treatment modalities from a variety of focus areas. I customize the experience to the client's need, and make sure that the individuals that I work with feel comfortable enough to explore their feelings and emotions, in a judgment-free place.

What you can expect from me

After every session, my clients will have gained a new and more positive perspective of their lives. Throughout the counseling process they learn that they can find purpose, even in the most difficult seasons that they may be in.
