Great to meet you!

I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from Dominican parents, and have also lived in New York City, and in New Jersey for over a decade. I and fluent in both English and Spanish.

My Master’s degree is in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, where I graduated with honors in 2015. I have nearly 10 years of experience working in private practice, providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, from diverse backgrounds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my approach to psychotherapy, I integrate treatment modalities from a variety of focus areas. I customize the experience to the client's need, and make sure that the individuals that I work with feel comfortable enough to explore their feelings and emotions, in a judgment-free place.

What you can expect from our first session

After every session, my clients will have gained a new and more positive perspective of their lives. Throughout the counseling process they learn that they can find purpose, even in the most difficult seasons that they may be in.
