Great to meet you!

These are very difficult times that we are currently in and the impact to mental health can be great. With life often feeling chaotic or lonely and the future seeming unsure, it is only natural to start feeling anxious or sad. Taking the step to reach out for help to address and work through such feelings, or any feelings you might currently be experiencing, is already a sign of great resiliency. My role, as a counselor, is to walk alongside my clients to help draw out and direct all that inherent strength and resourcefulness.

My approach to therapy

I know that my clients are the experts of their own lives and I seek to discover and understand that expertise in order to build a trusting, therapeutic relationship and to learn how to best work with each individual . Given the uniqueness of each person, I aim to fit my techniques and tools to the client, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

I know it is not easy to take this first step in seeking therapeutic support. I will do my best to make the process as comfortable as possible for you.
