Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Carly, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse-Midwife with 10 years of experience caring for women and families, with professional degrees from New York University, Oregon Health and Science University, and Frontier Nursing University.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults across the lifespan, treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions.

I specialize in women’s mental health and reproductive psychiatry, including pregnancy and postpartum care, PMDD, and perimenopause.

My approach blends thoughtful medication management with supportive therapy in a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a thoughtful and thorough conversation focused on understanding your story, your symptoms, and what’s most important to you right now. We’ll review your mental health history, medical background, lifestyle factors, and any prior treatment experiences so I can develop a comprehensive understanding of your needs. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and begin building a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy strategies, or both. My priority is creating a calm, collaborative space where you feel safe, heard, and never rushed.
