Great to meet you!

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with children, teens, adults, and families to support their emotional needs. I earned my undergraduate degree from Indiana University and my Doctorate in Psychology from George Washington University. I truly believe that everyone can reach their personal goals through small, gradual changes. Besides traditional therapy, I also offer services like divorce coaching, parent coordination, and reunification therapy for parents seeking different approaches to tackle co-parenting challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques in my practice. I believe that our identities are shaped by a variety of influences, and the way we navigate our lives is built on both our history and our current circumstances.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, we’ll set therapy goals to aim for and keep track of our progress or any adjustments to those goals as we move along.
