Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy takes something, and I want the first conversation to feel like a relief rather than a test. My work starts with getting to know who you are and what you're carrying, not with a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the questions that come up around identity and belonging. A lot of my clients are also working through what they want from their relationships, whether that's a partner, family, or the version of themselves they've been performing for other people. If you've felt stuck between who you are and who you're expected to be, that's familiar ground for me.

What you can expect from me

My approach draws on CBT, DBT, and ACT, which means we'll look at the patterns keeping you stuck and build real skills for the moments that feel hardest. But you set the direction. My job is to help you get clearer on what you want and more confident that you can move toward it.

I offer sessions in English and Spanish. If it sounds like we might be a fit, I'd be glad to talk.
