I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in Eagle County, CO. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons University (formally known as Simmons College). Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in community mental health and school-based settings, where I have supported youth, adolescents, adults, and families.
I use integrative and strength-based approach, tailoring care to each individual's unique needs and goals. My practice emphasizes collaboration, resilience, and personal growth.
In sessions, individuals can expect a safe and compassionate space where they can feel understood and supported. Working together, we will identify goals and use strategies which focus on growth and healing. My hope is that individuals leave each session with more understanding of themselves, practical tools they can use, and a stronger sense of self-confidence.
