Carly Grabowski

My name is Carly Grabowski, I work with individuals who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, and panic disorder. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults (ages 12+) because of my own experience with trauma and anxiety. I also have experience providing christian based counseling for those that also find their faith to be an important aspect of their healing process.

I know how overwhelming life can be when you are struggling with mental health issues. So, this is why I seek to be a source of empathy, kindness, and comfort as well as reliable support for each of my clients. As a Christian, my faith drives me to counsel clients in a non judgmental and compassionate way. I utilize a variety of therapy modalities, including EMDR, Flash Technique, CBT, DBT, and trauma focused CBT.

Client's can expect to be in a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts and emotions. I offer tools and techniques to help them navigate their thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I take the client centered approach and work through the mindset of providing hope, validation, kindness, positivity, and genuine care for each of my individual client's needs. Client's can expect to meet their individualized goals and find peace and hope throughout the process.
