Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling which trained me to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Fancy term for therapist or counselor. I am here to support you as we navigate your journey together. Whether you are seeking personal growth , healing, or just a safe space to process, I am here to walk with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in a client-centered foundation, where you are at the heart of the process. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help challenge and redirect unhelpful thoughts and patterns, alongside mindfulness and acceptance-based techniques to build awareness and self-compassion. I also bring a sensitive focus on grief and life adjustments, creating a safe, supportive space where we can explore, process and grow together.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will take time to get to know each other. I will invite you to share a bit about yourself such as your background, what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to achieve. Together, we will identify your goals for therapy and discuss how we can work towards them. My priority is that you feel that you have stepped into a safe space and feel heard and empowered in this process!
