I believe that therapy is not one size fits all and I am eager to understand my clients to find what approach works best for you. I am practiced in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, TF-CBT and enjoy pulling strategies from these approaches, amongst others. I am so honored to do this work and share in my client's journey.
