Great to meet you!

Hello! Welcome to my page. I’m glad you’re here :) Starting therapy can feel both overwhelming and exhausting. The thought of explaining a distressing situation, a complex relationship, or your "life story" causes many to feel paralyzed. My goal is to make your experience as seamless and supportive as possible. I have two master’s degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University, where I received extensive training helping individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, disordered eating, trauma, chronic illness, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

I am a born & bred New Yorker who is both compassionate and direct. I take pride in maintaining a uniquely unconventional approach to therapy. When appropriate, I enjoy incorporating moments of levity, humor, and laughter into sessions. I believe therapeutic sessions should be collaborative, with both the client and therapist active in conversation.
