Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Carly Mollicone, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping people feel more like themselves again. I provide supportive, evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're new to mental health care or returning to it, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in getting to know the whole person—not just their symptoms—so we can create a treatment plan that fits your life. I often integrate talk therapy with medication management when appropriate, and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and more in control of their mental health. I aim to create a warm, judgment-free space where we work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and find practical tools that actually help. Whether it’s gaining insight, building coping skills, or finding the right medication support, my goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and connected in your daily life.
