Great to meet you!

As a former school social worker (20 years at the middle & high school level), I now support the adults who work in education. After a long and fulfilling career addressing student needs, I have shifted my sights to supporting those who carry the tremendous responsibility of navigating and operating our educational system.

My approach to therapy

With educator stress and burnout at an all-time high, I aim to support educators as they process their personal, professional, and organizational wellness. I focus on the concepts of awareness, action, and acceptance as ways to achieve positive experiences and outcomes, both personally and professionally.

What you can expect from me

Clients will leave our sessions feeling heard, validated, and prepared to manage the ongoing pressures and stressors that come with a career in education. Specific and personalized action plans will leave clients feeling supported and empowered as they navigate the various challenges they face in their day-to-day lives .
