Great to meet you!

I believe it's possible to heal from trauma. I'm living proof of being stubborn enough to keep finding new ways to heal from mine, so I'm committed to help my own clients find relief and ease in their life and relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Not every struggle is from trauma. The world and human minds are complex, so it takes time and care to see how everything fits together. But when we come across something that seems trauma driven, then I can pull out the appropriate techniques to help you process it. I am trained in Deep Brain Reorienting and the Comprehensive Resource Model (a type of parts work similar to IFS and Brainspotting) for when the work requires such a transition.

What you can expect from our first session

The goals are really up to you and what you want to get out of your time in therapy. So I do my best to help you get there.
